Materials are created and updated by HRCP

Are the materials up to date?

The HRCP study materials are carefully updated each year to reflect changes in the field of human resource management. Particular attention is given to changes in the legal environment. Our materials are consistently reviewed and updated to reflect content we feel is most likely to be reflected in the current or upcoming exam. Current materials are updated to reflect the August 1, 2018 exam.

How soon will I receive my materials?

Bootcamp workbooks are shipped the next day business day. aPHR materials are web-based and access is provided within 48 hours. On-Demand materials are web-based and provided within 48 hours. Live Online and Live In-Person materials are print-based and mailed two weeks before class.

Are exam fees included in the cost of the prep course?

Exam fees are NOT included in the cost of the prep course. All exams should be paid for via the respective testing provider.

Are the materials included in the price of the course?

Yes, materials are included in the price of our on-demand, in-person and live online courses.

Are any fees refundable?

All fees are non-refundable.

I signed up for a payment plan but will be unable to complete the payments. Will I be able to get a refund?
